Pearly BreweryPearl Brewery

 

Joeris is honored to be the General Contractor working on the additions and renovations at the famous Pearl Brewery. This difficult, yet exciting project includes the addition of a 5-story mixed-use building that will include a parking garage, retail center, residential area, and the Culinary Institute of America.

Working at an historic site and on the San Antonio River requires our team to take additional measures to ensure integrity of all historical elements.

The scope of the renovations work consists of the restoration of the historic conveyor and removal of existing foundations and piers in the area.

This project is seeking LEED Silver Certification.

 

City of Cibolo Police & Fire Stations

Joeris was selected to construct a new fire and police station for the public servants of Cibolo.

The police station includes a specialized detention system, security system, and Bexar 911 dispatch system, rainwater collection system. The two story structure consists of slab on grade, structural steel, load bearing masonry walls, interior and exterior metal studs, hollow core concrete planks, TPO Roof, exterior brick and stucco.

The fire station includes apparatus bay, training room, full living quarters including: bunks, bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, dining, living, exercise room.  The single-story structure consists of slab on grade, structural steel, load bearing masonry walls, interior and exterior metal studs, TPO roof, exterior brick and stucco.

The two separate sites increase the intricacy of the project as the are both being built simultaneously with the same subcontractors.

 

Northeast ISD Agriscience Magnet Facility

Over 123,000 SF of new sustainable construction, this project includes a wind turbine, green roof, FSC Wood, a water well, and solar heated radiant floors. These features, along with the 60,000 SF instructional building, will be home to the North East ISD Agriscience magnet students. This project is seeking LEED Silver Certification.

Warren Careers Academy

Warren Construction Careers Academy will be a two-story 44,000 square foot vocational school for Northside ISD to teach students about the various aspects of construction. The facility will include four different shops - a carpenter/wood Shop, electrician’s shop, HVAC shop, and a plumbing shop.
